Summer 2022 – 4 RV Friendly Festivals

With summer right on the horizon, many are heading out in their RVs to see the country and explore new sights. If you’re looking for events to check out while you’re on the road, consider some of the following festivals that are RV friendly.

Watershed Festival, George, WA

This July, the Watershed Festival is a country music and camping celebration taking place in the Pacific Northwest. Headliners like Jake Owen, Miranda Lambert, and Kane Brown are all set to perform, in addition to dozens of other top country artists.

Perfectly created for RV campers, you can purchase camping passes for this festival ahead of time and will be assigned a 18’ x 50’ campsite upon arrival. Pumping services are available upon request, and the pass also includes exclusive free showers and restroom facilities, complimentary continental breakfast, and free shuttle service to the festival entrance.

Elements Fest, Long Pond, PA

Elements Fest is the Northeast’s premium car camping festival taking place August 19-22, with three days full of music, art, and more, making it the perfect stop for RV campers. This year acts like Zeds Dead and Kaskade will take center stage, in addition to large-scale art installations, yoga, craft vendors, and more.

Campers attending Elements Fest can buy a pass to park their RV or camping trailers, which includes 30 and 50 amp power hook-ups, a 15’ x 45’ parking spot, access to a variety of food vendors, water filling stations, and easy access to the venue.

Firefly, Dover, DE

This four-day festival features some of the biggest music acts today and is set for September 22-25, 2022. This year, you can catch performances from Avril Lavigne, Green Day, My Chemical Romance, and many others.

RV camping at Firefly comes with many perks, including showers, restrooms, power hookups, and easy access to the venue. There are two purchase options for RV campers–front row or infield camping, which are each 25’ x 45’ in size. The infield option offers more privacy, while the front row set-up is closely located to the front entrance.

Lost Lands, Legend Valley, OH

This electronic music festival in September is known for its camping amenities, so RV campers will be right at home here. Though the 2022 lineup has yet to be announced, past headliners include Excision, Adventure Club, Flux Pavillion, and Illenium.

RV campers can purchase a camping pass either with or without hookups, both of which provide you with a 20’ x 50’ parking space. The pass with hookups includes access to a 30 amp/110 v power source. Plus, both passes give you access to activities, food, and the venue, and ice, water, and showers are available for a small fee.

So no matter what corner of the country you find yourself at this summer with your RV, know that there are plenty of fun and exciting festivals with RV camping amenities available that you can check out.
